CFPB Complaints by Bank by Week

Compare a bank's complaint count over time (rather than comparing banks against each other). Data are combined by week to decrease the noise associated with lower weekend complaint rates.

Please follow @cfpb_track on Twitter for daily (9:30am ET) updates of the weekly trends for each of the top four banks and the five CFPB products. You can always view the most recent tweets -- symbol chart included.

The CFPB does a great job of releasing all of their data here, but it's delayed by at least two weeks, so the most recent week with full data is about a month old. Sad. Tweet @CFPB and tell them to fix this problem. By @aaron_strauss
